What are the key features of this application?
- The application is designed to create a safe space for enhanced collaboration between internal and external organisations. The goal is to bring transparency, structure, and a deeper understanding of what can be achieved together, powered by joint strategic objectives, idea generation, and progress monitoring.

Who should use this application?
- Procurement professionals, client account managers, sales representatives, and internal customers or stakeholders can all use Qolabra's functionality to improve ways of working.

How is access controlled?
- Each organisation that signs up to Qolabra can appoint administrators responsible for granting access to selected individuals. They can also appoint Plan Owners, who have the ability to create their own collaboration plans and control who can edit/view these accordingly.

Are there any setup requirements?
- No setup is needed. It’s as simple as providing the names and emails of the people you wish to collaborate with, and you're off and running.

Is there any downtime with the application?
- No, Qolabra is accessible 24/7, all year round.

Will new features be added to the application?
- Yes, we will constantly enhance Qolabra, bringing you the latest technology, ease of use, and additional modules to maximise your experience. We are always open to your ideas and suggestions, so be sure to share feedback on your experiences.

- Click on the ‘Feedback’ button at the bottom right-hand side of the application and let us know your problem. We will respond as soon as possible.

- If we cannot resolve your query immediately online, we will ask for your details so we can call you and work together to find a solution.

Do you provide expert training?
- For every Qolabra customer, we provide a virtual kick-off session with nominated personnel to demo and coach the best use of the application. Additional sessions are welcome but will incur a charge.

- The application is built to be standalone, so it does not rely on other technology interfaces. However, we do not offer integration with any existing systems you may have.

- Yes, it can be used globally across countries, regions, and organisations. All you need is an internet connection or Wi-Fi.

Can you log in and use the application via a smartphone?
- Yes, we have developed a mobile version of the application. Simply log in as usual through your smartphone.
Application Specifics

What are the different user roles within the application?
- There are four different roles that can be assigned:
- Administrator – has access to the organisation dashboard and can assign who they want from their organisation to use Qolabra.
- Plan Owner – can create and edit collaboration plans and control access to these plans.
- Standard User – can view and edit the collaboration plans they have been invited to.
- Viewer – can view but not edit the collaboration plans they have been invited to.
- There are four different roles that can be assigned:

Can I delete a user from a plan?
- Yes, if you are a Plan Owner or Administrator. Simply click on the user’s profile and hit the ‘Delete User’ button.

Is there a limit to the number of plans you can create?
- This depends on what your Organisation Administrator has agreed with the Qolabra team. They will typically agree on a maximum number and can advise you on this figure.

What is the archiving section for?
- Collaboration plans will naturally come to completion after some time, or may need a refresh. Instead of deleting the plan, you can press the ‘Archive’ button and keep it stored. This is a great reference for long-standing partnerships, allowing you to reflect on previous plans and track progress.

Is there a limit to the number of objectives you can create?
- There is no limit, but we recommend keeping a balance of between 5-10 objectives for each collaboration plan.
